Today we are going to do a few things.
1st - Please visit http://nlvm.usu.edu/en/nav/frames_asid_155_g_2_t_1.html
at the bottom click the down arrow by the word 'columns' until it says the number 3 then click 'New Problem' until you see a subtration problem that is 3 numbers long on the top and the bottom.
-Copy the problem on the 1/2 sheet I gave you.
-Complete the problem on your 1/2 sheet and on the computer
You must complete 6 problems before continuing.
2nd - Visit http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/typing/
You have a worksheet to help you through this site. It will help you with your typing skills. Be sure to write todays date (9-23) next to each stage you finish before you go on to the next one. You need to finish level 1 stage 1 today!
3rd - Comment on the blog. Copy (ctrl c) and paste (ctrl v) the following into the comments section and fill in the blanks.

About Me
This is my 9th year teaching in the Amphitheater School District and my 11th year teaching. I taught 3rd grade at Painted Sky for 7 years. Before teaching there I taught music for 2 years in TUSD at Henry. I am so happy to be a Walker Wolf this year!
I attended college at the University of Arizona and have my bachelors in Education. I am working on my master’s degree this year also at the University of Arizona. GO WILDCATS!!! I am a huge AZ basketball fan. I am an Amphitheater High School grad and I attended middle school at La Cima. In November 09 I achieved my National Board Teaching Certification. I have teaching endorsements in Early Childhood education and Second Language Learning.
I love living in Arizona and have since 1993. I was born in Phoenix but only lived there for 2 1/2 months. Before moving back to Arizona I lived in Nebraska for 9 years and attended Westridge Elementary and Elkhorn Middle School. My extended family lives on the east coast in The Washington DC area. As a kid my family visited there every summer and spent a week at the beach in North Carolina. I love the beach. I still get to go back and visit all the time.
I live in the middle of town, near the U of A. I live with my VERY cute puppy Oreo who is 4. My mom, dad and brother live here in Tucson also. My mom sometimes comes to school and helps in the classroom and my Dad and brother may come by too. My birthday is December 3!
I love monkeys, music and smiley faces. My favorite color is green. I enjoy listening to music on the radio and listening to live bands. Music is one of my favorite things to do. I love to sing songs and play the guitar, flute and keyboard. Many of you know that I play in a band on the weekends!
